After I filled the Add Work page for a new piece, clicked Add, I obtained this strange "template" http://imslp.org/wiki/Le_Chant_du_Bivou ... C3%A8ne%29
so I can't "Add a score file to this page" as usual.

This new piece doesn't show up in the composer's page http://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Ketterer,_Eug%C3%A8ne. And if I start over the server says:
An article by this name already exists.

It seems you missed one of the closing brackets in the "{{flat}}" template, which confused the coding on the page. It should be OK now.
