Duplicated instances of a file cause the bug. IMSLP # 92675 as uploaded contains two distinct works:

however, the results of the IMSLP # lookup is:

This has been an issue for several years now, but I always thought the duplication itself was an excess, and not a replacement of legitimate results. Thanks for the very informative bug report This is now fixed in the offline copy of IMSLP, which will be uploaded at the end of the week.
