[BUG] Memberlist doesn't work

The forum memberlist doesn't work, it gives a 404 error.

This is actually on purpose... the forum memberlist has been commonly used by data miners for the purpose of e-mail address gathering (to send spam to). So I've manually disabled the memberlist
