[BUG?] Two URLs per page

Had to open a new topic since the previous one is locked. I noticed only now that maybe it would be better to also redirect the "index.php?title=" URLs to the canonical ones ("imslp.org/wiki/"). Note however that this must not be done for "action=" etc., i.e. not for edit pages, history, and so on. I suppose it should be safe to have a redirect only for those URLs where "title" is the only parameter.

It's not really much to do with this suggestion, but is there really any need to lock topics here? Even though the problem may've been fixed there may still be more comments on it (like this one), or if things still don't work for some people then it should all be in the original thread. Similarly, when new features are implemented, what if there are suggestions for improvements to them?

The reason I lock threads is because then I can see clearly which ones have been solved... but maybe I can try changing the subject when a bug gets fixed.
Anyway, I'll try to do this on the next maintenance. Currently rather concentrating on upgrading to 1.11, but may take some time to fix a few minor issues, including this one
