Sitewide minor irritant (maybe just amusing...)

The category pages are divided into pages of 100 workpage or subcategory links each for the most part (this may vary- I'm not sure and would have to check.) Still, there are enough of them that are only 100 per page that the "previous 200 / next 200" links on each category page may be worth making at least more flexible/representative of reality, down the line...
