[BUG] Submit button acts twice on a Sibley Add Score

Sometimes when I have finished filling the fields of an Add score, Sibley source and click the Submit button I obtain the message the file has already been submitted. When I edit the page I see two (or more) {{#fte:imslpfile ...}} sequences. View the history of this page:
