Why is the copyright code of a work, e.g. C*/V*/33 invisible when I am not logged in? Is this information reserved for registered users? Or is it a bug with my browser here?

The code is hidden to simply the page presentation for anonymous users (who I think would not need to know the code, since the Public Domain field would show any warnings there are).
