[FEAT] Index of catalogues

Everyone knows what BWV stands for but some catalogues are more obscure. Recently an admin added a reference to GroF to the title of a work by Alessandro Scarlatti. I finally found a reference to GroF (Die Flötenkonzerte bis 1850. Band 1 - 4. Gronefeld, Ingo) but I think there should be an index of such catalogue abbreviations, possibly with links.
