I want to upload a new Edition of some piece. That fails, because I cannot associate myself through my 'Composer' (or Category:) page. This fails, in the following way.
I have a 'User' page: http://imslp.org/wiki/User:Rutger
It has no gear pulldown, so I cannot associate myself from here.
If I try to create a new 'Composer' page for 'Rutger Hofman' (following the instructions under the '(+) Add File > [New Edition]' link), I am thrown into my 'User' page as a referral from http://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Hofman,_Rutger (which apparently already exists).
If I visit that referral page, there also is no gear pulldown so I cannot associate myself from there either.
How can I proceed? Or can you fix things for me? I have no emotional attachment to User:Rutger, so if it helps to just replace it by Category:Hofman,_Rutger, that is fine with me (but I would really like to keep the contents of course).
Thanks for helping out,
Rutger

You need to create a composer page first, follow the composer portal of how to do this in the contributor portal (in the drop down menu).

Just fixed it. The Category is now associated with your user name.

One little suggestion: you used the field |Extra Information= to link from your composer page to your user page, but there is a dedicated field for that, namely |IMSLP Contributor=Rutger, in case you might prefer that
