Hi All,
I've downloaded the Stravinsky twice, attempted to extract it with bot 7-zip and WinRAR, But when I try to open it, the file is always damaged and cannot open.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Hi! I can open all files but one I need most. Is anything wrong with "Le roi des étoiles"? Tried all software... Could you please reupload it! Thanks)

The file you mentioned is fine. I downloaded the archive again and opened it with no problem. Make sure you're using Acrobat 9.

Re: Project Stravinsky: Complete pre-1923 works now available
Seeing the post from verochka reminded me. The full score of Zvezdoliki (Le Roi des Etoiles) is also PD and available from Kalmus. I might have access to one if you would like to add it to the archive.
Re: Project Stravinsky: Complete pre-1923 works now available
The reason I didn't include that score was because I saw it was edited by Robert Malcolm, so I concluded it was in the same boat as some of the Ravel scores published by Kalmus in that it was under copyright by them. If this isn't the case then sure, by all means...
Re: Project Stravinsky: Complete pre-1923 works now available
What about the orchestration of Musorgsky's "Mephistopheles' Song of the flea"? It was (according to R. Taruskin) published by Bessel in 1913.
Re: Project Stravinsky: Complete pre-1923 works now available
That may be so, but since it's not a Stravinsky composition it won't be included.
Re: Project Stravinsky: Complete pre-1923 works now available
Not to be rude or anything, but the "Song of the Volga boatmen" is neither an original Stravinsky composition...
Re: Project Stravinsky: Complete pre-1923 works now available
Arrangements are a funny thing sometimes, and the line between original and non-original can be blurred, especially when the source is a folk song like that.
