Do you mean the transcription of a section from Lehar's musical Frasquita (1922)? Hrm. We don't have that yet, might be a reason why though, musicals often involved participation of a lot of people and that can cause copyright tangles. Orchestral excerpts I think are sometimes ok since only the libretto (... usually) is "implicated" in the copyright issues- I think... in these cases... hrm.

Frasquita, first published Weinberger, 1922; serenade, "Farewell, My Love, Farewell", published Chappell, same year...
