Does anyone have the full orchestral score in their collection that they'd be willing to scan and upload? I know there are many arrangements out there but I'm after the original version.

Was there a published edition before the 1944 Chappell issue arranged by George Zalva? I see nothing in Worldcat earlier than that. Zalva seems to have flourished in the 1930's and 40's. I can't find dates for him--his work may not yet be allowed.

Speaking of Sir Henry Wood, some of his orchestrations/orchestral transcriptions have been long overdue to appear here on imslp.org.
His orchestration for Rahchmaninoff's Prelude Op. 3 No 2 was kindly uploaded by Sibley Music Library, way back when.
