Kawa no nagare no you ni

Does anyone have the score for the song "Kawa no nagare no you ni"?
It's japanese song I heard on Angela Gheorghiu's CD called "My World".
The arrangement in the CD is for voice and piano. However if someone has the score only for piano, or any other similar thing, please answer me.

According to Wikipedia, the song is by Akira Mitake and Yasushi Akimoto. I can't find much info on them, but it seems like neither of them will be PD for a long time.
