What is the complete name of the work of Strauss? Ein Morgen in Wien (a morning in Vienna)?

It is a song (Lied) by Richard Strauss originally for piano and voice but often appearing in an arrangement by the composer for voice and orchestra. It's designation is Op.27 No.4.
