Yuri Shishakov Concerto for two Xylophones

I'm looking for a full score for the Concerto for two Xylophones by Yuri Shishakov, I have found a piano reduction on youtube and would like to check out the full score. Ive had a look through my University library and they can not fine it in any of the other libraries either.

1925 - 2000 so don't expect its presence somewhere.

Under copyright everywhere, so your not going to find any of his works on here whatsoever, unless his or heir or estate owner gives permission to upload his works online.
