Fats Wallers Ain't Misbehavin'

I'm trying to get hold of the score for Ain't Misbehavin' but it isn't available as it's only public domain on 1st of Jan 2021. As that was three years ago I'm assuming the score should be available by now so I was wondering if it just needed updating or something? Would I need to contact someone specific to get that done or is this the right forum? Thanks

If you pay attention to the librettist, the work with the text is under copyright in Canada. Canada is no longer a Life + 50 country as they extended copyright for an additional 20 years non-retroactively until 2042, where it will begin to cycle again.
According to the page history, only a recording was uploaded 12 years ago.
