Full scores: Gounod's La Colombe and Smyth's Fête galante

Hi there!

I've been having huge difficulty finding full scores of the following:
-La Colombe (Charles Gounod): a short comic opera
-Poulenc's recitative composed in the 1920s for the opera's performances at Monte Carlo.

as well as

A full score of Ethel Smyth's Fête Galante. I know there's a suite out there (which I also have difficulty accessing), but recent recordings seem to have more than that.
