Messager Solo de Concours

Could someone please post Andre Messager Solo de Concours for clarinet and Piano?
Possibly this reply should go under copyright status requests, but I have an old edition published by Southern Music Company. This edition is still available in a collection called Sixteen Grands Solos de Concert. There is no arranger or editor listed on any of the individual works in this collection, however, the cover of the collection says "compiled and revised by Daniel Bonade".
Daniel Bonade's dates were 1896-1976. It would seem that one needs to look for another edition?
