Can you include Buencamino Jr. in Filipino Composers??

I really need His "the Portrait" and "Mayon' Fantasies" pieces...

I can't find a death date for him but he was still writing in the 1970s, so although he may be deceased by now, he definitely won't be public domain for a long time. You'll have to purchase these.
