It appears that it was not published at all until 1966, and then only in a two-piano reduction. The full score was published in 1994. Both under copyright worldwide for a very long time.

Ah, here is the alternative name of the piece: Piano Concerto (Concerto for piano and Orchestra) Op-sn 30 in C major
