Paule Maurice died in 1967, so won't be public domain until 2018 in countries that have a 50-year copyright law, and 2038 in countries that have a 70-year copyright law. She cannot be posted here.

In the case of the Bach transcriptions, copyright rests with the arrangers, whom you don't list.

PM Dubois -- died 1995 -- not public domain anywhere for a very long time.

Ryo Noda -- still living, definitely not public domain.

Charles Koechlin died in 1950, so he is public domain in countries that have a 50-year law, but if you are in Europe, the law is 70 years after death, so he isn't public domain until 2021.

One of the problems with saxophone music is the fact that most of it is recent, so very little of it is public domain. You will have to buy these pieces.

An alternative is to transcribe the music oneself.

For the Baroque works (or anything else in the public domain), yes, but obviously not for the contemporary works.
