It appears to be, that the 1st Violin part is incomplete, It has everything in the 4th movement until the first repeat! Where's the rest of it after the repeat? And I'm not sure that the rest of the string parts are complete but its worth checking out..

Mozart's 36th Symphony, I thought I made it clear in ther first place? Apparantley not everyone knows what Mozart 36 is or even Bruckner 3.. Its like one saying Prokofiev Violin 1 etc...

That's not what he asked. He wants to know which set of parts, the typesets or the engravings.

Correct Daphnis.

The course of what action to take depends on the answer to my original question.

There are two sets of parts on IMSLP for the Linz symphony. Which one are you talking about that has a defective part?

(I suspect on the balance of probabilities it’s going to be missing pages from the Orchestra Musicians set rather than the typeset, since these often omit entire parts from a set, let alone a few pages here and there. But there are also arrangements and transcriptions on that page as well, so specifying the IMSLP # to unambiguously identify the faulty part would have been simpler than going off on an irrelevant rant about my supposed ignorance of what “Mozart 36” might mean.)
