We have the E minor, but not the D minor, unfortunately. However for future reference, this type of request should go under the "Score requests" category. I will wait a day or so until I'm sure you've seen this post, then I'll move it there. Thanks. p.s. I also removed your email address, because we don't allow private file sharing.

I am not in Berlin, but the manuscript of this concerto in D minor and many other (unknown) works of Mendelssohn are located in the Berlin's State Library (Staatsbibliothek).

The manuscript is the only possible option, as the modern edition by Yehudi Menuhin is under copyright for most of the next few decades – it is not urtext!
(Generoso, the many other FMB works are not necessarily unknown – obscure, certainly, but they are gradually becoming better known ;-)
