The works of Cyril Scott (d. 1970) are protected worldwide. However, I see that the piano concerto might have been published as early as 1922, which would make it eligible to go on the US server. There don't seem to be many scores floating around out there, but I'll give it a shot.

I have an original of this score and indeed it is copyright 1922 and published by Schott.
Appears to be out of print, but the full score is still available for hire. If you want the 2 piano score, Schotts provide an out of print service if you have the edition number, which in this case is ED1858.
Concertingly.

I did get a copy of this score (reduction for 2 pianos). Thalbergmad, have you already scanned this or are planning on doing so?

I have already scanned it old chap, but it is not very good as I did it 5 years ago when I was not very good a scanning.
If I uploaded it here, I would be breaking the Copyright laws of my own Country, so perhaps it would be best if you scanned yours.
It is bound to look a damned sight better than mine anyhow.
Concertingly
