This piece of music is located in SBTS library in Louisville USA and only there. If anybody could in any form post this piece on imslp I would be very grateful. This Concerto was written by Sowinski in 1835 and it should be availble in some Polish library but it isn't. This is the only location where this score is kept: SBTS – James P. I would be inclined to send them an e mail. I did last year, and they kindly digitalised the score and e mailed it to me free of charge.
Since it has already been digitalised, I expect they would not have a problem in doing the same for you.
Some libraries can be funny when it comes to their holdings being posted on sites like this, which is why I would not feel comfortable with posting it here myself.
