Peter Benoit opus 43a Symphonic Tale

I searched the score for flute and orchestra (1865). There's only the arrangement for flute and piano (Vieuxtemps), which you can also buy in the musicshop. Benoit had by himself composed/orchestrated this beautiful symphonic tale for flute and orchestra, in 1865.
Does anyone know the publisher of this symphonic tale?? Where could I find this?

Musikproduktion Höflich published a miniature score a couple of years ago. According to the preface, "The autograph ... was lost ... the present edition was realized on the basis of different copies by the composer Roland Coryn."
However, I also see that the Fleisher Collection at the Free Library of Philadelphia also has a score and a set of parts. You might contact them.

I -think- HMB noted a publication of full score in 1894?...
Ok.. "Orch-St."- parts- published by Schott of Brussels and received by HMB October 1894 ... no note of full score, actually. (The 1894 publication is called flute concerto in HMB - translating..., the 1893 one symphonic poem, but I assume they're the same work.)
