Please could better representation be given to Henry Hugo Pierson, the 'avant-garde' English composer dismissed as an incompetent amateur by English critics but widely and successfully performed in Germany. Unfortunately the vast majority of his manuscripts appear to be lost, so it would be excellent to have more widely available available what was actually published, especially -

Funeral march, Hamlet (fs Leipzig: Peters, 1850)
Salve eternum, a Roman dirge for soprano, bass, chorus and orchestra (vs London: Ewer, 1853)
Jerusalem, oratorio (vs London: Novello, 1852)
Faust, incidental music (vs Mainz: Schott, 1854)
Macbeth, symphonic poem, Op.54 (fs Leipzig: Schuberth, 1874)
Romeo and Juliet, overture, Op.86 (fs Leipzig: Schuberth, 1874)
Die Jungfrau von Orleans, overture, Op.101 (fs Leipzig: Schuberth, 1876)

Hopefully someone has a published score by him in their collection, though I see nothing by him uploaded at Sibley or the usual places I check under his name. Possibly under one of his two main aliases though (Edgar Mansfeldt/Mannsfeld) though ? (I see something uploaded by Hugo Mansfeldt- but that is someone -else-, according to MusicSack, with dates 1847 or so to 1932 and born in Poland.)
