"Temptation" (and other) ragtime by Lodge >>>

While there are numerous sources for piano-scores of various ragtime music, I am still missing to locate a version for medium-large Orchestra for Henry Lodge's "Temptation Rag".
When referring to medium orchestra, I'm thinking minimum 'Odeon Besetzung', i.e. full strings (incl viola)-1121-2210+perc, and preferably piccolo and tuba as well.
Alternatively, any other ragtime by Lodge in the above type instrumentation would be of interest.
