Hubay Mazurka No1, Op.45

Hi,
Lately I became pretty desperate to find the music sheets for Mazurka No1, op 45 Hubay. I cannot find them neither in internet ( only Mazurka No2 is available ) nor in libraries in music schools here. I need the music sheets for violin, possibly with piano part.
I would appreciate help in this matter.
