Is there a scan of Smetana - Triumphal Symphony (Slavnostní symfonie) Op.6?
1853-54, it should be in the public domain, no?

Yes, it is, and was reprinted by MPH a while back. Full score is 253 pages and looks readily available (from the source edition printed in Prague, 1955) from libraries in the US.
