Jaca Manuscript

Post by coulonnus »

Sp. Manuscrito de Jaca. Contains manuscripts of Spanish organ pieces ca. 1600. Has been used as source by Higinio Anglés in his Antologia of Spanish organ masters. See p.14 of https://botiga.bnc.cat/publicacions/organistesii.pdf

Does anybody know anything about its location? Is it in the city of Jaca? Is it in a public place? I leave in hope: could someone suggest the party who holds it to provide public scanned images?

I had the impression from somewhere that it was in private hands, but more likely in the archives of La Catedral de Jaca as hinted by this footnote:

Thanks. A Google search with "catedral de jaca" "archivo de la Catedral" "manuscrito de jaca" gives clues in this direction.
