Okay, I know that Louis Gruenberg is not in US PD. But does anybody either have a non-US edition or know where I can find a score?

At the moment there is nothing we can do: he died in 1964, which makes him protected until 2015 in Canada. His pre-1923 compositions are in public domain in the US, but these have to wait for a US server.
