Presence in Pazdirek's catalog

I couldn't find the date of death of a composer, but I found this composer and his work
in Pazdirek's catalog (1904). Accordingly the work is PD in USA. Can I upload it here?

I think it would be OK to upload here. Should we somehow discover that the composer lived until 1965 (or any date after 1959), we can always delete it. If a work was published by 1904, the odds of the composer being alive 55 years later are small, though by no means impossible.
