Works in Chopin Album published by PWM 3732 in 1961

Many works in that album are declared as not PD in US and they are claimed as being edited by Kazimierz Sikorski (1895-1986), and therefore blocked.

However I can't see reference of editors in these work, such as

I assume that the editing would be assumed as minor, otherwise, it would not be PD in either Canada or EU. Anyway, if it is urtext, then it shouldn't have major editing anyway...........

FInally, is it pratical to different request from US from other countries based on IP addr? then we don't need to completely block access!!

The PWM items unfortunately were registered and renewed with the US Copyright Office. We have no way of instituting a selective block on things at present. It's very annoying but there's not much that can be done about it, sad to say.
