I've been poking around for Clementi's waltzes Op. 39 for a while. I did not see them listed in the "Opera omnia" yet... I once read that some libraries have copies of the waltzes and other works in manuscripts. I wonder, what are the chances of libraries making copies of manuscripts available digitally.

Some printed editions of beginning 1800 are available in Italian libraries. Worldcat also reports several results worldwide.

Published by Garland, Worldcat reports that they are available in more than 100 libraries in the US, plus many others worldwide.

According to the Hathi Trust page, scans of the originals were made by the University of California and by the University of Michigan. You can probably try to contact such organizations and purchase a digital copy. These editions by Garland are supposedly reprints of volumes published in the 19th century, so you may upload all public domain parts then.

Somebody else may possibly do the same in the future, however I'm not sure that it will happen in the short term.
