Mahler Symphony no. 4

Hi, everybody !

I have found a scan of the fourth symphony of Mahler in a revised edition by Erwin Ratz. It's written on it "Universal Edition, 13823", and the date 1963 appears. Is it public domain ? Could it be uploaded ?

It is part of the critical edition which is under copyright in the US, but not in the EU or Canada. If uploaded, the commentary by Ratz must be removed as contributions by him in the paratext would be copyright.
