NLA has Carl Sauer Song of Venice for violin and piano pub 1929. The composer is not in music sack. Would this be PD?

Something very strange happened when I looked up Carl Sauer as a composer on WorldCat. I entered Carl Sauer song venice as keywords, and it found it. When I clicked on Carl Sauer's name to find out more, it gave me Carl Ortwin Sauer, geologist.
His dates are 1889-1975. If the composer you are looking for was a full-time geologist and a part-time composer, then this will be under copyright for a long time, and definitely not PD at this point.
