does anybody know the name of this piece whom this piece blongs to?
I've searched it for a month :-s please help me if you know
it was played at the beginning of a spanish TV program

Sounds like something that might have been written for the program. Have you tried contacting the Spanish TV station?

acually I dont know how to contact the Spanish TV station...

I was wondering it might be a classic music. written by sb popular. thanks anyway :)

It would be a rare classical piece that starts with 4 bars of vamping, introduces a short-breathed, 7-bar melody and then immediately goes back to the vamp. It was probably written for the show.
