I have a complete set of parts for this (they are not KALMUS reissue) but from Durand Cie.

Who can I email the parts to so they can get upload through the proper channels??

You might ask Daphnis or Cypressdome. Both are quite proficient with the USA server and its quirks.

I'm going slightly off on to a categorization topic now, but should this still be on the US server? It would be in the public domain in countries with Life + 70 copyright terms now, I think . . .

It's still protected everywhere except the USA due to the poet (died 1967).
