Submissions limit announcement

What's with this announcement I got? -

IMSLP currently enforces a limit of 10 submissions per day for new users, which resets every day at midnight Eastern Time. This limit will fall away automatically after 100 edits and 7 days from registration.

I am not a new user, and am well over 7 days from registration, but can now no longer upload anything until tomorrow (GMT) - this has never happened before...

Anything I can do that it goes away?

I'm told they're working on it. It's been happening for well over a week now.

nope, still there. I've tried logging in & out, and in a couple of other browsers, but the notice keeps coming up when I go to upload a file.
