Violin capricci by William Herschel

Dear friends,
I have been searching very unsuccessfully for a score of the 24 violin capricci and sonata for solo violin by Sir William Herschel (the famous astronomer).
Does anyone out there have any idea where I might find these?

Have they been published? The MS is at UC Berkeley; microfilm at North Texas.
