Why not allowed to Add File?

I'm getting the message 'PERMISSION ERROR. The action you have requested is limited to one of the groups'. I am a newly registered user trying to add my transcription to an existing work page. Sounds like a FAQ but I couldn't find anything so I must be the only person to encounter this problem (rather hard to believe).

Paperweight. I have now managed to upload a file after creating a category for myself, which I had not done before. But I'm not quite out of the woods yet as my upload is "blocked" and has a big white cross beside it in stead of a tick (check). Clearly there's something else I haven't done quite right. If there are lots of people as dumb as me out there you'll be very busy!

Your arrangement of Elgar's Sospiri appears to be available now. Uploaded files are blocked until they pass copyright review which generally happens over the course of a day. I have also "associated" your username with your category (Duffy, Philip) which should improve the upload process a bit.
