Henry Jacqmin's work

At the moment Henry Jacqmin is listed in IMSLP as an arranger and not as a composer. I do not think that I can upload his work, unless he is also listed as a composer. How do I change his work page from the arranger to the composer?

Just upload something on his composer page from Add files. Just because one piece is listed under the arranger tab only, its just one tab. We can have multiple tabs on the composer page.

But there is no composer page for him. When I tried adding him as a composer, the message came up that Henry Jacqmin's page already exist. But as arranger and not as composer.
