Henry Bishop's work Bid me discourse has been entered as a song for voice and piano, but this is a vocal score from the opera Twelfth night (1820). The libretto is by Frederick Reynolds (1764-1841), after Shakespeare. The words for this particular song were taken from Shakespeare's Venus and Adonis. It would be great if the page was amended to reflect the fact that the scan is a segment of an opera.
Below is a title-page from a different edition, which has a little more information,

Re: H. Bishop - Bid me discourse
Rather than being part of an original "opera", this song was apparently one of the items that Bishop contributed as incidental music to the Shakespeare play. His contributions apparently consisted of 12 items: 6 of them were adaptations of the music of others, 6 of them were original pieces.
