The Breitkopf and Doblinger editions of Haydn's Symphony No. 18 on ISMLP represent two different works, respectively.

Could this be a problem with other symphonies by Haydn, especially with regard to older publications vs. the Robbins Landon editions?
In any case, the latter item, might be the accurate one in this case.

Only the ordering of the movements 1 and 2 is different.
