Question about BWV1064R entry

There is a page for BWV 1064R, a 3-violin transcription of J. S. Bach's 3 harpsichord Concerto BWV 1064. On that page there seems to be only one entry for sheet music, a single item under the Scores tab, and all it has for download is a front and back cover but no music. Am I missing something? If not, then given that there is no score or parts available (except a link for purchase), why is that page even there?
