Have you read this thread? Ifukube Akira died just in 2006, work composed in 1985, hence copyrighted.

A Copyright Holder of the Composer's works (like an heir, descendant, or estate holder) permission would have to be given to us to know if its OK to post his work on IMSLP before we can start accepting any works of him.

And private file sharing is definitely not allowed for users in any shape or form on here, all files have to be uploaded to IMSLP first before accessing them if the files have never been on here.
