Messiaen's Le Banquet Céleste (Original 1934 edition)

Although there exists a second edition (A.L. 22893) of this piece, which is copyrighted in 1960 and likely still under copyright, there also exists the first edition (A.L. 18803), copyrighted in 1934, which is notated in 3/4 time instead of 3/2 time and there are several notable differences in tempo, dynamics, stop registration directions.

This first edition doesn't seem to be renewed at all in my search of the CoCE, and has permanently been out of print after the publication of the second edition--does it seem to be eligible?
