no rights to add {{Template:Student Violin Concertos}} to this page of an concertino

I want to add {{Template:Student Violin Concertos}} on https://imslp.org/index.php?title=Conce ... ction=edit
a Concertino of this composer but I do not have enough rights. Perhaps someone with enough rights can do it for me?

I believe that template was made specifically for the historical composer's works and not for living ones (and might recommend to not populate it with modern composers works on that template and make a different one instead, I could be wrong not sure if its open to living composers), you probably should ask Schalltrichter if it can be OK to be added on the Navbox template, I did not make it.

The living composer added his piece to https://imslp.org/wiki/Template:Student ... _Concertos . But if you click on his name Rago (first position) you does not see down under this template on the page of his Concertino https://imslp.org/wiki/Concertino_for_V ... go,_Luigi)
I do not know how to contact this composer or Schalltrichter.
2 possibilities:
1) the name of Rago is deleted from the template or
2) (my favorite) {{Template:Student Violin Concertos}} is added to his concertinopage
