Misc notes do not appear

Hi,

I replaced the manuscript of Rhapsody in Blue (Gershwin) with a higher quality scan, and now my misc notes I had uploaded are gone. I tried to add them again, but they either appear in the wrong spot (above Publisher Info) or do not appear at all.
